Most people will likely realize there were chunks of time being wasted, and that’s okay.

It signals room for growth and awareness of it. I’m obsessed with time management.

I truly believe it’s the one skill that will unlock any and every goal one might have for themselves, and I’ve mastered it over the last 8 years.

Now, I want to help you do the same.

The entire purpose of this retreat is to help you become hyperaware of how, who, and what is getting your time. You wouldn’t hand out $100 bills to people for free, right?

We need to start thinking of your time in the same way.

Whether you’re at Day 1 of creating a life by design or years into the journey, this experience will provide you with tools, frameworks, mindsets, beliefs, and actionable steps to continue creating the life you want for yourself.

How Do I Join?

This experience will be hosted in Austin, TX.

Only 10 people will be accepted to ensure a very intentional and hands-on experience. Each person who applies will be interviewed before they’re given a spot.

Spots will be handed out on a first come, first served basis.

Here’s a rough outline of what we’ll do each day:

Day 1

Objective: Check in to the Airbnb, get to know each other, and set expectations for the weekend.

• Introductions
• Why you joined the retreat
• Rules + expectations for the weekend

Day 2

+

Objective: Gain clarity on who you are, what you value, what is and isn’t working in your life, and where you want to go.

Understanding You:
• Identify core values
• Identify life purpose and passion
• Identify strengths and weaknesses
• Identify important roles in your life (son, brother, friend, father, etc.)

Full Life Audit:
• What habits and routines add/take from you?
• Who adds/takes from you?
• What mindsets and beliefs add/take from you?
• Where is your time being wasted?
• What areas of your life are neglected?

Map Out Your Dream Life:
• What does your future self look and feel like?
• How many hours per day/week are you working?
• How are you spending your free time?
• Who are the people around you?
• What hobbies are you enjoying?

Day 3

Objective: Identify when to focus on what in your day/week, set boundaries to stay on track, and adopt a life designer mindset.

Create a Custom Calendar:
• When do you wake up and go to sleep during the week?
• When do you prioritize self-care?
• When do you start and stop working?
• When do you spend time on relationships?
• When do you relax?
• How do you approach weekends?

Build a Personal Boundaries Playbook:
• How often can you skip a workout?
• How many drinks per week?
• How do you say no to non-aligning activities?
• When can you check your phone during the workday?
• What days are non-work days?

The Life Design Mindset:
• Embrace new seasons and priorities
• Use the schedule as a plan• Always prioritize yourself
• Protect your energy without apology
• Let your calendar be your accountability partner

Day 4

Objective: Closing remarks and reflections before check-out

• Family morning breakfast
• Check out by 10 am

Map Out Your Dream Life: Visualize your dream life and how you’d spend each day.

Build a Personal Boundaries Playbook: Create rules to stay on track and make reaching your goals frictionless.

Support: Lean on myself and other aligned, motivated, and inspired men for support during the weekend and through the private community chat after we wrap up.

Who is this for?

Highly motivated men who're looking to live their life by design and not by default because they feel there’s never enough time in the dayand are not living a life that’s in alignment with their priorities.

Luxury property in Austin, TX.

Price includes your stay and food but does not include flights and travel to the property.

A private chef will ensure you’re properly fueled throughout the weekend.

FAQ

Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions about the retreat!

How many men will be attending?

There will be 15 men at the weekend. I want to keep the group small to make sure that all the men attending get the most out of the weekend as possible.

What can I expect from a typical day?

There will be an opening ceremony Friday evening & closing ceremony Monday morning.

The days are structured similar to the below:

8:00am
– Morning movement & meditation
9:30am – Individual & group work
1:00pm – Lunch
2:00pm – Individual & group work
6:00pm – End of day

Is the Men's Weekend only for specific issues, or can it benefit anyone?

The Men’s Weekend is for all men who’re beginning or on the path of living their life by design. It’s for those ready to control their biggest blocks, gain clarity on what they want and have a plan for how to get there.

Is the Men's Weekend suitable for all ages?

The Men’s Weekend is designed for men over 18 at different stages of life. It addresses common challenges faced by men, regardless of age, and provides tools for personal growth and empowerment.

Will I leave with a new community of men?

Absolutely. These men will be a part of your tribe once the retreat finishes. There will be a WhatsApp group created to stay in touch.

How do I get there?

I’ll send you the exact address when you register so that you can plan your travels.

What's your refund policy?

All payments made towards this intensive weekend are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of spots, there are no refunds, unless we have someone to take your spot.
